Тупые и ленивые работники!! Хуже банка не видела! Дозвониться на горячую линию невозможно! Вразумительный ответ добиться невозможно! Всех предупреждаю — не связывайтесь с этим банком!
Полностью поддерживаю!!! Сотрудники «горячей линии» ужасно не компетентны, из-за них пришлось заплатить пеню(((
Давно работаю с А-Банком. Открыта кредитка у них. Меня очень устраивают их условия. Недавно в очередной раз повысили кредитный лимит, за что им отдельное спасибо. И удобно, что в городе много отделений в которые можно обратиться с вопросами.
С А-Банком сотрудничаю уже больше года. Нареканий нет никаких. Грамотный и доброжелательный персонал всегда рад помочь в любых моих вопросах и банковских операциях. Лучший банк, среди тех с которыми я имела дело.
